Hi, I'm Erin, the heart and hands behind Mimi's Hands & Heart.  

Crochet is more than a hobby for me-it's a piece of my heart.  My mom taught me how to crochet, and every stitch reminds me of the love, patience, and creativity she shared with me.  After losing her, I decided it was time to stop being afraid and finally follow my dream of starting my own crochet business in her honor. 

Crochet has also become a source of peace in my life.  It helps quiet my busy mind, gives me something positive to focus on, and allows me to turn yarn into something meaningful.  What starts as a simple skein of yarn becomes a hat, a gift, or a keepsake made with love and purpose.
